Hemp Processing 101
There are multiple effective methods for processing industrial hemp. Creating quality extracts starts with utilizing the proper steps and verifying the process with third party testing. This article outlines the steps we take to process our high quality extracts.
EXTRACTION
Intake/Preparation:
Dried and milled Biomass is weighed and pack /into cylindrical sacks for
extraction.
Extraction:
Via ethanol-based centrifuge extraction we separate the cannabinoid and terpene
profile from your biomass leaving a hemp extract and ethanol mixture called
Solute.
Filtration:
Hemp extract solute then undergoes a 3-stage filtration process to remove all the
fats, waxes, and lipids Further refining your hemp extract.
Solvent
Recovery: The filtered Hemp Extract then undergoes a solvent recovery
process where all the ethanol is removed.
Decarboxylation:
is the process of converting the acidic form of cannabinoids into their active
forms via heat.

DISTILLATION
Distillation:
Through the distillation process we strip the cannabinoid and terpene profile
from the crude oil leaving behind a leaving a high purity Full spectrum hemp
extract.

Isolation:
Through recrystallization we isolate pure forms of cannabinoids.
